Resumen

Los investigadores identificaron CD300ld, una molécula en las células supresoras derivadas del mieloide polimorfonuclear (PMN-MDSC), como un impulsor clave de la supresión inmune del tumor. Dirigirse a CD300ld puede mejorar la inmunoterapia del cáncer al revertir el microambiente supresor del tumor.
