Resumen
Los genes ribosómicos del ratón poseen una secuencia de terminador aguas arriba que controla la transcripción de la ARN polimerasa I. Este sitio interactúa con un factor proteico, influyendo tanto en la terminación como en la iniciación para una eficiente expresión génica.
