Las titulaciones de RMN a alta presión revelan que la elección del disolvente tiene un impacto significativo en la unión de halógenos orgánicos. Mientras que algunas bases de Lewis fortalecen la unión bajo presión, otras se debilitan inesperadamente, destacando los efectos del disolvente en la química supramolecular.
