Resumen
Una inflamación dolorosa de la ingle fue inicialmente sospechosa de ser una hernia inguinal encarcelada. La exploración quirúrgica reveló la vasitis (inflamación de los conductos deferentes) como la causa real, lo que provocó el tratamiento con antibióticos.
