Resumen

El Pemphigus foliaceus (PF) puede imitar la dermatitis atópica, lo que dificulta el diagnóstico. La biopsia y la serología tempranas son cruciales para identificar la PF, lo que permite un tratamiento eficaz a largo plazo con corticosteroides e inmunosupresores para una remisión sostenida.
