  • Los tratamientos estándar actuales (quimioterapia, radiación, cirugía) han mostrado una mejora limitada para la EMR avanzada durante décadas.

Objetivo del estudio:

  • Para revisar los recientes avances moleculares en el rabdomiosarcoma.
  • Subrayar la necesidad de ensayos preclínicos estandarizados y ensayos clínicos molecularmente guiados para nuevas terapias.

Principales métodos:

  • Revisión de investigaciones recientes sobre los subtipos moleculares de rabdomiosarcoma y las mutaciones conductoras.
