Resumen
Los líderes de la salud se mantienen motivados cuando se sienten apoyados, empoderados y hacen contribuciones significativas. Abordar estos factores es crucial para retener a los gerentes de primera línea y garantizar la estabilidad de la organización.

- Altas tasas de rotación (aprox. 50% de las vacaciones dentro de 5 años) requieren la comprensión de los factores de retención.
- Los conocimientos actuales sobre las condiciones de trabajo de los gerentes de primera línea requieren actualización.
Objetivo del estudio:
- Explorar las percepciones de los gerentes de primera línea sobre los factores que influyen en su decisión de permanecer en su puesto.

- La confianza, la autonomía, el apoyo de los colegas, las cargas de trabajo equilibradas y el impacto significativo aumentan la motivación y el compromiso.

- Las organizaciones de atención médica pueden mejorar la retención de gerentes de primera línea fomentando el apoyo, la responsabilidad y las oportunidades para una contribución significativa.
- Abordar las necesidades de autonomía, confianza e impacto de los gerentes es esencial para un liderazgo sostenible.
- La inversión en estas áreas promueve el compromiso a largo plazo y la estabilidad organizacional.
