Resumen

Este informe de caso detalla un paciente que desarrolló una lesión hepática inducida por fármacos (DILI, por sus siglas en inglés) después de la administración de ceftriaxona. La interrupción inmediata y la atención de apoyo condujeron a la normalización de las enzimas hepáticas, haciendo hincapié en la selección cuidadosa de antibióticos en pacientes ancianos.
