Resumen

Una enfermedad pulmonar rara, la transmogrificación placentaria del pulmón, fue diagnosticada en una mujer de 62 años que presentaba una tos seca persistente. Los hallazgos únicos de las imágenes, incluyendo el engrosamiento del tabique como una pelota de fútbol, ayudaron al diagnóstico.
