Resumen

El cáncer colorrectal (CCR) afecta cada vez más a las personas más jóvenes. La inmunoterapia es prometedora, especialmente para pacientes con tumores de alta inestabilidad microsatélite (MSI-H) o deficiencia de reparación de desajuste (dMMR), con investigaciones en curso que exploran aplicaciones más amplias.
