Sus antecedentes:

  • Las enfermedades cardiovasculares (ECV) son una de las principales causas de muerte prematura y generan importantes costos de atención médica.
  • Las personas en riesgo de ECV a menudo experimentan problemas de salud mental como la depresión y la ansiedad, junto con problemas de salud físicos y conductuales.
  • Las vías de atención integrada son esenciales para el apoyo holístico y centrado en la persona para los pacientes con ECV, pero la evidencia sobre la participación es fragmentada.

Objetivo del estudio:

  • Revisar y sintetizar sistemáticamente la evidencia sobre las experiencias de los adultos con factores de riesgo de ECV y problemas de salud mental de leves a moderados con respecto a la atención integrada.
  • Identificar los factores clave que influyen en la participación de esta población en los servicios de atención integrada.
  • Informar sobre el desarrollo de estrategias e intervenciones efectivas de atención integrada.

Principales métodos:

  • Un protocolo de revisión sistemática que se adhiere a las directrices de PRISMA-P.
  • Las búsquedas de datos primarios cualitativos en las bases de datos de Emcare, MEDLINE, PsycINFO y CINAHL.
  • Síntesis temática de los datos extraídos, codificados utilizando el Marco teórico de dominios (TDF), el Marco consolidado para la investigación de implementación (CFIR) y el marco AACTT.

Principales resultados:

  • Esta sección se cumplimentará una vez finalizada la revisión.

Conclusiones:

  • Los hallazgos establecerán pruebas fundamentales para un mapa de sistemas de comportamiento.
  • Se proporcionarán recomendaciones para los responsables políticos y los comisionados para optimizar la atención integrada para las personas con riesgo de ECV y problemas de salud mental.
  • La evidencia apoyará el desarrollo de futuras estrategias de intervención para mejorar la prestación de atención integrada.
