Nintedanib inhibe eficazmente el cáncer de mama triple negativo (TNBC) mediante la activación de la TP73 y la interrupción de las vías oncogénicas clave. Este inhibidor de la multicinasa es prometedor en la reducción del crecimiento tumoral y la invasividad, ofreciendo una nueva terapia potencialmente dirigida para el CNT.
