Resumen

La exposición a la dimetilacetamida (DMAC) y al éter de 4, 4'- diaminodifenilo (4, 4'- ODA) causó graves problemas de salud, incluido daño hepático y nervioso. El tratamiento inmediato tuvo éxito, pero se observaron efectos neurológicos a largo plazo en los pacientes.

Objetivo del estudio:

  • Investigar las manifestaciones clínicas y los resultados de la intoxicación aguda por una fuga de tubería industrial de DMAC y 4,4 '-ODA.
  • Para analizar la exposición del paciente, los síntomas, el tratamiento y el estado de salud a largo plazo.
