Sus antecedentes:

  • Las tecnologías digitales se integran cada vez más en la práctica de enfermería psiquiátrica.
  • La comprensión global de su aplicación y eficacia es limitada.
  • Este estudio aborda la necesidad de una visión general estructurada de la investigación en este ámbito.

Objetivo del estudio:

  • Realizar un análisis bibliométrico de las intervenciones con soporte digital en enfermería psiquiátrica.
  • Explorar las tendencias de la investigación, los modelos, la eficacia y las direcciones futuras.
  • Identificar las lagunas en la investigación y proporcionar una hoja de ruta para futuras investigaciones.

Principales métodos:

  • Búsqueda sistemática de la literatura de la colección central de la web de la ciencia (2019-2024).
  • La cartografía bibliométrica combinada con el análisis temático.
  • Identificación de las principales agrupaciones y temas de investigación.

Principales resultados:

  • Se identificaron cuatro grupos temáticos principales: Psiquiatría digital / m-Health, simulación / VR en la educación de enfermería, telemedicina / salud mental durante COVID-19 y conceptos fundamentales.
  • Las aplicaciones de salud móvil surgieron como un tema central.
  • La telemedicina jugó un papel importante durante la pandemia de COVID-19.

Conclusiones:

  • Las tecnologías digitales, especialmente la salud móvil, son cruciales en la enfermería psiquiátrica.
  • Existe la necesidad de mejorar las habilidades digitales de las enfermeras y desarrollar intervenciones digitales efectivas dirigidas por enfermeras.
  • Se requiere más investigación sobre los resultados clínicamente significativos, la rentabilidad, la transferibilidad y las experiencias de los pacientes/proveedores.
