Resumen

La diabetes tipo 1 (DT1) ahora se puede predecir años antes de los síntomas mediante la detección de autoanticuerpos. Una terapia aprobada por la FDA está disponible para retrasar la progresión de la T1D, marcando un avance significativo en el manejo de enfermedades mediadas por el sistema inmunológico.
