Evaluación intraoperatoria del músculo levator palpebrae superioris (LPS) en ptosis congénita severa con mala función levatoria (LF) guiada por la planificación quirúrgica. Este enfoque condujo a resultados exitosos en la cirugía de elevación, mejorando la función de los párpados.
