Resumen

Los niños con antecedentes de enterocolitis necrotizante (ECN) muestran una sensibilidad reducida al dolor por frío. Sin embargo, su procesamiento sensorial general y los resultados informados son similares a los de otros bebés prematuros, lo que pone de relieve el impacto duradero de la NEC en la percepción del dolor.
