Sus antecedentes:

  • Necesidad de soluciones avanzadas para gestionar eficazmente las enfermedades crónicas en un envejecimiento demográfico.

Objetivo del estudio:

  • Proponer una plataforma de atención médica inteligente que utilice las redes convolucionales de hipergráfico (HGCN).
  • Abordar las limitaciones de los enfoques actuales para el manejo de enfermedades crónicas en adultos mayores.
  • Mejorar el seguimiento de las condiciones de salud y la colaboración interinstitucional mediante la integración y el análisis de datos.

Principales métodos:

  • Recopilación de datos multimodales en tiempo real (fisiológicos, conductuales, ambientales) a través de dispositivos portátiles y IoT.
  • Integración de los datos en un gráfico de conocimiento médico dinámico.
  • Análisis utilizando HGCN y aprendizaje de características jerárquicas para el seguimiento de la salud.

Principales resultados:

  • Se logró una precisión del 87,26% y una puntuación F1 de 0,831 en la predicción del riesgo de enfermedad.
  • Se ha demostrado una tasa de éxito del 100% con 480 usuarios simultáneos.
  • Se mantuvo una latencia de respuesta mínima, lo que indica la eficiencia y escalabilidad del sistema.

Conclusiones:

  • La plataforma mejora significativamente la atención personalizada para los adultos mayores.
  • Mejora la eficiencia en la asignación de recursos de atención médica.
  • Proporciona una solución escalable para los servicios de salud inteligentes, abordando las necesidades de una población cada vez más envejecida.
