Una niña de 8 años con leucemia linfoblástica aguda de células B (LLAB) experimentó una rara recaída ovárica. Esto pone de relieve la necesidad de un seguimiento y diagnóstico por imágenes en pacientes pediátricos con ALL después de la remisión.
