Resumen
La escrofuloderma, una forma de tuberculosis cutánea, presenta desafíos de diagnóstico debido a los síntomas no específicos. La sospecha temprana y el diagnóstico son cruciales para el manejo de esta rara infección micobacteriana, especialmente en individuos VIH positivos.
