Resumen

Este estudio desarrolló un nuevo tejido de prenda de compresión (CGF) con microcápsulas de polidimetilsiloxano (PDMS) incrustadas. El CGF mejorado ofrece mejores propiedades antibacterianas e inhibición de la hiperplasia de cicatrices, abordando las limitaciones de la terapia de presión de silicona tradicional para cicatrices hipertróficas.
