Aromatic compounds can be identified or analyzed using proton NMR and carbon‐13 NMR. Typically, aromatic hydrogens or hydrogens directly bonded to the aromatic rings are strongly deshielded by the aromatic ring current. Therefore, they absorb in the range of 6.5–8.0 ppm in proton NMR spectra. For instance, aromatic hydrogens directly bonded to the benzene ring absorb at 7.3 ppm. Resumen

Se creó un nuevo conjunto de datos de documentos de investigación árabes (ARPD) para apoyar la investigación académica y las tareas de procesamiento del lenguaje natural (NLP). El conjunto de datos ARPD muestra resultados prometedores para la clasificación y agrupación, superando a los métodos tradicionales.

Sus antecedentes:

  • Se introduce el conjunto de datos de documentos de investigación árabes (ARPD) para llenar este vacío.

Objetivo del estudio:

  • Introducir y describir la metodología detrás de la creación del ARPD.
  • Proporcionar un conjunto de datos especializados y de acceso público para la investigación académica árabe.
  • Evaluar la utilidad del conjunto de datos en tareas de clasificación y agrupación.

Principales métodos:

  • El ARPD fue construido con siete clases distintas.
  • El conjunto de datos está disponible en múltiples formatos para maximizar la accesibilidad de los investigadores.
  • Los experimentos incluyeron la evaluación de algoritmos de agrupación clásicos, algoritmos de inspiración biológica (PSO, GWO) y algoritmos de clasificación (SVM).

Principales resultados:

  • Los algoritmos bioinspirados (PSO, GWO) superaron a los algoritmos clásicos de agrupación en el ARPD, según lo medido por el índice Davies-Bouldin.
  • El algoritmo Support Vector Machine (SVM) logró la mayor precisión en las tareas de clasificación (89%-99%).
  • Otros algoritmos de clasificación también demostraron un alto rendimiento en el ARPD.

Conclusiones:

  • El ARPD es un recurso valioso para el avance de la investigación académica árabe.
  • El conjunto de datos facilita el desarrollo y la evaluación de modelos avanzados de PNL.
  • Los hallazgos subrayan el potencial de corporaciones especializadas para mejorar las aplicaciones de IA en árabe.
