La inmunoterapia adyuvante con inhibidores de PD-1 mejora la supervivencia sin recurrencia en pacientes con melanoma en estadio IIB/ IIC. Sin embargo, los beneficios para la supervivencia general y la toxicidad requieren una investigación más detallada para una selección óptima de pacientes.
