Los microARN circulantes (miRNA) pueden no ser biomarcadores confiables para el cáncer de colon temprano. El estudio encontró una asociación limitada entre los niveles de miRNA previos al diagnóstico y el riesgo de cáncer de colon, lo que sugiere desafíos para las estrategias de detección temprana.
