Resumen

La sintonización neuronal y fisiológica (Synth) refleja la alineación cognitiva social durante la negociación. La variabilidad de la frecuencia cardíaca de Synth aumentó durante la negociación central, revelando patrones de personalidad distintos relacionados con Synth y la sensibilidad a la recompensa.

  • Explorar los vínculos potenciales entre Synth basado en HRV, la personalidad y la sensibilidad a la recompensa.

Principales métodos:

  • 13 díadas realizaron una tarea de negociación con las fases de Iniciación, Negociación y Resolución.
  • Se registraron las bandas delta, theta y alfa del electroencefalograma (EEG) y la VRC.
  • La síntesis se cuantificó utilizando la distancia euclidiana (EuDist) para los índices EEG y HRV.

Principales resultados:

  • Se observó una síntesis neural significativa en las bandas delta, theta y alfa, lo que indica una alineación cognitiva social.
  • HRV Synth fue mayor durante la fase básica de negociación en comparación con la fase inicial.
  • El análisis de grupos de HRV EuDist reveló dos grupos que difieren en la sensibilidad a Synth y a la recompensa.

Conclusiones:

  • La síntesis neuronal y autónoma son indicadores clave de la alineación cognitiva social y la regulación emocional durante la negociación.
  • Las dinámicas de HRV Synth proporcionan información sobre la coordinación interpersonal.
  • Las diferencias individuales en la sensibilidad de Synth y recompensa pueden reflejar patrones interpersonales distintos.
