Resumen

Una nueva variante de la interleucina-2 (IL-2), la superbeta 834 (SB834Fc), muestra potentes efectos antitumorales en modelos preclínicos. Esta mutina IL-2 diseñada estimula selectivamente las células T efectoras, ofreciendo una nueva vía prometedora para la inmunoterapia del cáncer con toxicidad reducida.
