Resumen
El melanoma dérmico primario (PDM) es un raro subtipo de cáncer de piel que afecta a la dermis sin afectación de la epidermis. El diagnóstico correcto de la DMP es crucial, ya que tiene un mejor pronóstico que el melanoma metastásico cutáneo.
