La exposición al sol durante la adolescencia y la edad adulta temprana reduce significativamente el riesgo de cáncer de mama en las mujeres iraníes. - El aumento de la exposición a la luz solar durante la adolescencia se relacionó con una probabilidad significativamente menor de cáncer de mama (OR de invierno 0,84; OR de verano 0,89).
- No se encontró ninguna asociación para la exposición después de los 30 años.
- La exposición a la luz solar durante toda la vida demostró un efecto protector de la relación dosis-respuesta contra el cáncer de mama (OR de invierno 0,84; OR de verano 0,91).

- La exposición a la luz solar durante la adolescencia y la edad adulta temprana se asocia con un riesgo reducido de cáncer de mama.
- La exposición al sol acumulada durante toda la vida ofrece beneficios protectores para las mujeres iraníes.
