Resumen
Se desarrolló una nueva Escala de Adherencia al Tratamiento de la TB (ATTS) para evaluar tanto la adherencia a la medicación como los comportamientos de estilo de vida cruciales para los resultados efectivos del tratamiento de la tuberculosis.

- El ATTS tiene como objetivo evaluar exhaustivamente la adherencia al tratamiento de la tuberculosis, incorporando comportamientos de estilo de vida.
Principales métodos:
- El desarrollo a escala involucró la síntesis de literatura, el estudio de Delphi, la generación de elementos y la validación.
- Las propiedades psicométricas se evaluaron mediante análisis exploratorio y confirmatorio de factores.
- La escala utiliza un formato Likert de cuatro puntos y cubre siete componentes clave de adherencia.
Principales resultados:
- El ATTS demostró una fuerte validez del contenido (CVI = 0,92) y fiabilidad (alfa de Cronbach = 0,894).
- El análisis de factores confirmó 33 puntos en siete dominios: medicamentos, nutrición, uso de sustancias, estrés, actividad física, sueño y prevención.
- El análisis de factores confirmatorio respaldó la validez estructural de la escala con buenos índices de ajuste al modelo.
