Resumen

El tratamiento de la púrpura trombótica inmunológica (iTTP) debe guiarse por los niveles de actividad de ADAMTS13, no sólo por la duración del tratamiento. Este enfoque logró una tasa de remisión completa del 97,1% en pacientes con iTTP.
