Resumen

Los organismos multirresistentes (MDRO) como los Enterobacterales resistentes al carbapenem (KPC, NDM) y el Acinetobacter baumannii resistente al carbapenem (CRAB) presentan riesgos significativos de infección del torrente sanguíneo (BSI). Las estadías en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos (UCI) y las condiciones específicas aumentan la probabilidad de BSI en los pacientes colonizados.
