Los receptores de trasplante intestinal se enfrentan a altos riesgos de sangrado y trombosis. Los anticoagulantes orales directos (DOAC) se mostraron prometedores en pacientes seleccionados, pero se necesitan más estudios multicéntricos para estos casos complejos.
