Resumen

El bloqueo de la interleucina-17 (IL-17) con un anticuerpo neutralizante revirtió el daño pulmonar y la inflamación en un modelo de ratón de enfermedad pulmonar obstructiva crónica (EPOC). Esto sugiere que los inhibidores de IL-17 pueden ofrecer una opción terapéutica para los pacientes con EPOC, incluso después de la aparición de la enfermedad.
