  • Adaptar el modelo de difusión SSSD-ECG para la generación de ECG sintéticos de alta calidad.
  • Para generar ECGs sintéticos para el ritmo sinusal / normal y las condiciones de fibrilación auricular (AF).
  • Validar la utilidad de los ECG sintéticos en las tareas posteriores.

Principales métodos:

  • Utilizó el modelo de difusión SSSD-ECG.
  • Generó ECG sintéticos de 10 segundos y 12 derivaciones del conjunto de datos MIMIC-IV.
  • Incluidas las condiciones de ritmo sinusal/normal y fibrilación auricular (FA).

Principales resultados:

  • Los modelos entrenados en características sintéticas de ECG lograron una puntuación F1 de 0,80 en datos reales.
  • Los modelos entrenados con datos reales obtuvieron una puntuación F1 de 0,91 en datos sintéticos.
  • Las evaluaciones médicas confirmaron que los ECG sintéticos imitan datos reales en morfología y características.

Conclusiones:
