Sus antecedentes:

  • Kaiser Permanente Colorado tiene más de 20 años de experiencia coordinando CPD y QI.

Objetivo del estudio:

  • Demostrar cómo se puede desarrollar y mantener la alineación entre la DPC y la IC en un sistema de salud.
  • Proporcionar un estudio de caso del enfoque de Kaiser Permanente Colorado para coordinar CPD y QI.
  • Identificar los elementos transferibles de este modelo para otros sistemas de salud.
