La pancreatitis de ranura (GP) es una afección rara que a menudo se confunde con cáncer de páncreas. La pancreatoduodenectomía ofrece una buena opción terapéutica para pacientes con GP que no responden al tratamiento clínico o cuando el diagnóstico es incierto.
