Sus antecedentes:

  • La coagulación intravascular diseminada (CID) es un síndrome paraneoplásico asociado con cánceres sólidos.
  • DIC en pacientes con cáncer puede manifestarse como condiciones crónicas o agudas y severas.
  • La trombosis asociada al cáncer (CAT) implica un estado hipercoagulable, que conduce a eventos trombóticos como TVP, EP y infarto cerebral.

Objetivo del estudio:

  • Revisar la patogénesis, el diagnóstico y el tratamiento de la DIC en cánceres sólidos.
  • Proporcionar orientaciones basadas en las Directrices de Práctica Clínica Japonesas de 2024 para el manejo de DIC.

Principales métodos:

  • Revisión de la literatura centrada en el DIC en cánceres sólidos.
  • Análisis de las Directrices de Práctica Clínica de la Sociedad Japonesa de Trombosis y Hemostasis para 2024.

Principales resultados:

  • Cánceres sólidos frecuentemente presentes con DIC crónico, trombocitopenia de equilibrio y producción de plaquetas.
  • Puede ocurrir DIC grave de inicio rápido con ciertos cánceres diseminados.
  • El diagnóstico y el tratamiento rápidos de la DIC son vitales para los resultados del paciente.

Conclusiones:

  • DIC es una preocupación significativa en el manejo del cáncer sólido.
  • La comprensión de la patogénesis de la CID y el cumplimiento de las directrices clínicas son esenciales.
  • El tratamiento eficaz de la DIC puede mejorar el pronóstico y la calidad de vida de los pacientes con cáncer.
