Sus antecedentes:

La supervisión de la psicoterapia es vital para el desarrollo del aprendiz psiquiátrico, la transferencia de conocimientos y la seguridad del paciente.
La supervisión suele ser una experiencia gratificante tanto para los supervisores como para los supervisados.
Las interrupciones de la alianza de supervisión pueden provocar sentimientos de inseguridad y obstaculizar el progreso del aprendiz.

Objetivo del estudio:

Examinar los casos en que los residentes psiquiátricos percibieron la supervisión de la psicoterapia como psicológicamente insegura.
Discutir la importancia de la seguridad psicológica y la alianza de supervisión en la formación de psicoterapia.
Para explorar estrategias para reparar las rupturas de la alianza y el papel de guardianes del supervisor.

Principales métodos:

Análisis de dos incidentes paralelos en los que los residentes pusieron fin a la supervisión.
Revisión de las exigencias inherentes a la psicoterapia y la supervisión.
Discusión de rupturas de alianzas y estrategias de reparación.

Principales resultados:

Dos residentes psiquiátricos terminaron abruptamente la supervisión, citando la inseguridad psicológica.
Las alianzas de supervisión interrumpidas pueden impedir el aprendizaje y afectar negativamente los resultados de los pacientes.
La capacidad de tolerar un afecto fuerte es esencial en la psicoterapia y la supervisión.

Conclusiones:

La seguridad psicológica es un requisito previo para una supervisión psicoterapéutica eficaz.
La identificación y reparación de las rupturas en la alianza de supervisión es fundamental para el desarrollo de los aprendices.
Los posibles cambios seculares pueden estar influyendo en la educación y la dinámica de supervisión de la residencia psiquiátrica.
