Resumen

En este estudio se analizaron las modificaciones post-traducionales de proteínas (PTM) en modelos de aterosclerosis en ratones. Se identificaron diferencias clave en las PTM de 12 proteínas involucradas en la aterogénesis, revelando puntos de regulación potenciales.
