Objetivo del estudio:

  • Investigar la asociación entre los niveles de TNFAIP3 y la enfermedad coronaria.
  • Para determinar si TNFAIP3 es un predictor independiente de la enfermedad coronaria.
  • Evaluar el potencial diagnóstico de TNFAIP3 para la enfermedad coronaria.

Principales métodos:

  • El ensayo inmunosorbente vinculado a enzimas (ELISA) se utilizó para medir los niveles de TNFAIP3 en 236 pacientes.
  • Los pacientes se clasificaron en grupos de ECC (n=162) y de control (n=74).
  • Se emplearon análisis de propensión y regresión logística.

Principales resultados:

  • Los niveles de TNFAIP3 fueron significativamente más bajos en los pacientes con ECC en comparación con los controles, tanto antes como después de la coincidencia de la puntuación de propensión.
  • TNFAIP3 demostró una correlación negativa con la enfermedad coronaria y fue identificado como un predictor independiente.
  • El análisis de la curva de la característica de funcionamiento del receptor (ROC) indicó un fuerte valor predictivo para TNFAIP3 en el desarrollo de CHD (AUC=0,957).
