Resumen
El tratamiento precoz con Prostaglandina E1 (PGE1) mejoró significativamente la visión en pacientes con oclusión de la arteria retiniana central (OCRC). Esto sugiere que PGE1 es una terapia prometedora para emergencias de isquemia retiniana.

- La administración temprana de Prostaglandina E1 (PGE1) por vía intravenosa parece mejorar la recuperación visual en pacientes con oclusión de la arteria central de la retina (OCR).
- PGE1 muestra potencial como tratamiento eficaz para la isquemia retiniana aguda.
- Se necesitan más investigaciones para confirmar estos hallazgos y establecer el papel de PGE1 en la gestión de CRAO.
