Objetivo del estudio:

  • Para explorar las percepciones de los estudiantes de posgrado de salud de una nueva intervención de bienestar en dos fases.
  • Evaluar la utilidad y aplicabilidad de las sesiones educativas y de un carrito de bienestar.
  • Identificar temas clave relacionados con el autocuidado y la conexión social de los estudiantes.

Principales métodos:

  • Estudio piloto de método mixto en el que participaron 53 estudiantes de terapia ocupacional y fisioterapia.
  • Fase 1: sesiones educativas de bienestar de 8 semanas en persona.
  • Fase 2: Acceso a un "carrito de bienestar" con suministros durante 9 semanas; se recolectan comentarios cuantitativos y cualitativos.

Principales resultados:

  • Los estudiantes percibieron las intervenciones de bienestar como útiles y aplicables.
  • Los temas clave incluyeron la intencionalidad en el autocuidado y las técnicas de conexión social compartida.
  • Recibimiento positivo de las sesiones educativas y del carro de bienestar.

Conclusiones:

  • Los estudiantes de posgrado en salud percibieron positivamente las intervenciones de bienestar.
  • Los estudiantes expresaron su intención de integrar estrategias de bienestar diarias.
  • Los participantes tenían como objetivo compartir técnicas de bienestar aprendidas con otros.
