Resumen

Sus antecedentes:

Objetivo del estudio:

  • Para presentar BioRepli-seq, un nuevo método basado en la biotinilación para la determinación de la RT en todo el genoma.
  • Proporcionar un protocolo detallado para la aplicación de esta técnica a cualquier tipo de célula en proliferación.

Principales métodos:

  • Utiliza el etiquetado de pulso analógico de nucleótidos y la clasificación celular basada en el contenido de ADN.
