Este estudio introduce un novedoso modelo cerebral quimérico que utiliza organoides humanos y cortes cerebrales de ratón para madurar la microglía humana. Este sistema in vitro avanzado permite el estudio a largo plazo de la microglía en un entorno similar al cerebro humano.
