En la estenosis aórtica severa, las lesiones con alto porcentaje de estenosis de diámetro predicen la discordancia FFR/iFR. El agrupamiento no supervisado identificó las lesiones "Alto %DS / Longitud Intermedia" como los principales impulsores de la discordancia fisiológica.
