Resumen
Ixekizumab trató eficazmente la poroceratosis lineal (PL) extensa en un paciente joven, logrando una aclaración casi completa de las lesiones. Si bien las lesiones cutáneas respondieron bien, la distrofia ungueal mostró una mejora limitada, lo que sugiere un potencial de terapia dirigida para la PL refractaria.
