Este estudio desarrolló cuatro formulaciones especializadas de galletas para necesidades de alimentos de emergencia. La galleta para ancianos (BEC) fue la más densa en nutrientes, mientras que la galleta sin gluten (BGF) tuvo limitaciones, aunque todas fueron sensorialmente aceptables.
