Resumen
El miofibroma mandibular es un tumor benigno raro en la mandíbula, a menudo confundido con otras lesiones. El diagnóstico temprano mediante estudios de imagen y confirmado por histopatología es clave para un tratamiento eficaz y la prevención de recurrencias.
