La nefrectomía parcial asistida por robot preserva mejor la función renal en comparación con la nefrectomía parcial abierta asistida por coagulación blanda. El enfoque robótico demostró resultados superiores en la preservación de la tasa de filtración glomerular estimada postoperatoria.
