Interference is a characteristic phenomenon exhibited by waves. When two electromagnetic waves interact with their peaks and troughs coinciding, a resulting wave with enhanced amplitude is produced. Las mediciones de la transmisión del haz a través de bloqueos se compararon con la teoría de difracción de Fresnel para ayudar al desarrollo de tecnología de ultra banda ancha.
